How to apply request parking stickers, both for faculty and university

(A car with a red registration plate is not allowed to request parking stickers for both of them)

Faculty parking lot: Students can fill out the Google Form provided in the link below. (Submit documents through the form)

• Days and Times for Vehicle Entry: Monday to Friday: 17:00 onwards and Saturday to Sunday: 07:00 onwards

University parking lot: permit details for students can be found in the attached document.

• Students must submit the “แบบฟอร์มขอตราติดรถยนต์” (จร.03)” (จร.03) along with complete and accurate supporting documents.
• Pay 100 baht – SCB Bank Account no. 0452625155 Account name: Chulalongkorn University. Next, send slip & แบบแสดงความจำนงชำระตราติดรถยนต์ (Fill name & Students Id) to ofas.ar@chula.ac.th, and wait receipt form ofas email.

All documents must be submitted as hard copies to the MSF office, 10 floor Students who would like to request parking stickers, both for the faculty (Google Form) and the university (Hard Copy at the MSF office), are kindly requested to submit the documents on time as specified by the MSF office. The deadline is Thursday, January 2nd, 2025, at 4 pm. If the deadline is missed and some documents missing or expired, students will need to reapply in the following semester.
