Steps to Upload Your SPI/Thesis Proposal

1. Complete PETRA
   • Before Starting: Ensure your report revision is done and your research topic is filled in PETRA. Access PETRA at PETRA.
   • Issue with Access: If you have problems with your PETRA account password, visit Get Access or CBS Access.
2. Upload to iThesis
   • Visit iThesis: Go to iThesis.
   • Download Add-In: Download the Microsoft Word Extension from the iThesis website.
   • Guidance:
     • Watch the Short Video or the สาธิตการใช้งาน ithesis (ฺBeta) or How to use ITHESIS (English language) for instructions.
     • Alternatively, use the attached manual provided this link: Tutorials SP&Thesis
3. Use EndNote for Bibliography
   • Download EndNote: Get it from EndNote.
   • Learn to Use EndNote: Watch this Video.
   • Note:
     • When filling in your advisor’s information, use the email format .....@cbs.chula.ac.th.
     • Dean: Assoc. Prof. Tartat Mokkhamakkul, Ph.D.
     • Verify the name and academic title of your advisor and committee at CBS Faculty.
4. Plagiarism Check via Turnitin
   • Final Defense Requirement: After your final defense, perform a plagiarism test using Turnitin.
   • Turnitin Assignments:
     • Draft: SP/Thesis 2024_Draft (check multiple times; for SP1 or Proposal).
     • Final: SP/Thesis 2024_Final (submit only once for SP2/Final Thesis).

• Ensure you follow all instructions carefully for smooth submission.
• If you encounter any issues, refer to the guides or seek help from your institution’s support.
